Costs

The first assessment and introduction is free for up to 30 mins to establish your needs and for you to get to know me and how I can help you.  The cost ranges is from £15.00 per hour up to £25.00 depending upon the frequency, travel costs and expenses.

I have also committed to donate £1.00 to the heart foundation for every £20.00 earned. This is a commemeration to mine and my husbunds mothers who recently passed away. Please take time to read about me and my passion for helping people in simliar situations and in need of that little extra help.
